problem sending large message

Hi Folks,

I have a problem sending mail from Echange2K3 to SendMail. (MailScanner
is the gateway).
When sending small mail. It is OK.
It only happens to when sending large email
 
The error is ^Ópremature EOM: Connection reset by^Ô
 
Can anyone tell me what is wrong plz.?
