[Rule]Spam Action(Open)

Hello.
I have 2 accounts of mail:
  francisco at myipaddress.com.ar and  spam1 at myipaddress.com.ar.
To Francisco is  fordward email´s of other account sg at 3net.com.ar).
The configuration of "Spam ACTION" is the following one:

To: francisco at myipaddress.com.ar delete// to erase the Spam to:francisco

default deliver// that passes the Spam to spam1

The problem that continues entering Spam Francisco.
That Rule I must add so that it does not happen?
I add the HEADER of Francisco
NOTE:santaclara at 3net.com.ar it is not of my property
