spam.assassin.prefs.conf not being read - was Re: Problem with ALL_TRUSTED since 4.48

I went ahead and renamed /usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/SA.pm to 
SA.pm.disabled, then copied the MailScanner 4.28 SA.pm that works just 
fine, started MailScanner up and all is well again!  It properly reading 
all the SpamAssassin config files again (just like spamassassin --lint -D 
does) and thus is properly launching SNFilter again.
