I'm not say it is so, but one has to wonder about the report as
such... It has been know to happen that government agencies do one of
a) "release a scare" or
b) pat themselves on the back (in a *big* way)
... when a new fiscal period rolls around (when it's time for some new
funding...:). At least Livsmedelsverket (approximately the same as
FDA...) here in sweden has done some fairly publicised a)s... This
looks more like a b) :-):-).
