MailScanner: Beta release 4.49.1 -- process name feature

Problem!

Installed only the rpm with rpm -Fvh mailscanner*.rpm, updated 
MailScanner.conf. It doesn't launch any MailScanner process. Tried with an 
older init script, same problem. I had to go back to 4.48-4.

System is Suse 9.0.
