adding a reject reason to spam messages

Its a very bad practise.

MailScanner does this. But why do you want to?

Almost none of the return addresses will be accurate ... for starters 
... in the WIKI there is some good info on this if i remember right with 
a link to site who discuss only this particular part of spam protection.

What is it you want to achieve?
