Yes, I have sendmail/MailScanner/ClamAV/mailwatch/milter-greylist on CentOS4.1 running on two mail hubs and they have been working
well for some time now. The greylisting did wonders and wouldn't want to be without it. Milter-greylist communicates with its peers
to keep its lists updated.
