ClamAV 0.84 released

It turns out I'm a bit early, so I have just updated the
ClamAV+SpamAssassin installation package so it contains
SpamAssassin 3.0.3
ClamAV 0.84
& all the modules they need to have installed.
Using this package is enormously easier than installing everything by
hand yourself, as there are a lot of dependencies on other perl modules.
