All mail treated as spam?

Thanks for the quick response! It's working perfectly now.
Any suggestions on which spam lists to use?
I'm currently using: ORDB-RBL spamhaus.org spamhaus-XBL SBL+XBL
spamcop.net SORBS-DNSBL SORBS-DUL CBL RSL DSBL BLITZEDALL
I haven't updated the list for at least a year.
