Erm, all you need to do is what the message below tells you to do.. Use
70_sare_evilnum0.cf instead of 70_sare_evilnum.cf.

In more detail, you'll want to take these steps.
    1) update your RDJ config file to reflect the new name. Find the
reference to 70_sare_evilnum.cf and add the 0 to it's name.
    2) cd /etc/mail/spamassassin
    3) wget http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules/70_sare_evilnum0.cf
    4) rm 70_sare_evilnum.cf
