Wow. Take an expensive solution and add 3rd party software and an RBL,
but be sure to ask geeky questions of the rbl operators first. I'm sure
if you pay them, they'd tell you what the secret questions were...
Brilliant. And Exchange can even refuse connections from certain IPs!
That's powerful stuff.

Earthlink's antispam autoresponder sends from <> too, unless they've
fixed it, as do many other dumb autoresponders.
