Wildcard support in phishing.safe.sites.conf

Attached is a patch for the Message.pm in the latest stable (4.40) version.

With this patch applied, you can list wildcarded hosts in
phishing.safe.sites.conf.

So instead of listing
    www.safedomain.com
    www2.safedomain.com
    www.internal.safedomain.com
and other hosts like that one at a time, you can just use
    *.safedomain.com
instead.

I strongly advise against adding
    *.com
to your safe.sites file!
Use this feature with care.
