SA 3.0.2 and MySQL

Simon,

I'm running MS 4.39.6 and SA 3.02 on a single server with the bayes and awl
stored in MySql 4.1.10a.
This works fine and I believe one of the design goals was to enable
bayes+awl sharing between multiple servers. I haven't tried using multiple
servers myself, but I think it should be no problem.
