SA 3.0.2 and MySQL

Actually with SA 3.0.2 using MySQL has fewer problems, according to the
dev list for it. It seems to rock along too. No sure if on a really busy
system it would be faster but I'm sure it would be close to as fast if
not faster the BDB. YMMV of course.
