Upgrade problems - errors

How did you do the MIME::Base64 upgrade? You often have to "--force" or
"force install" this one. There is a problem whereby MIME::Base64 also
includes MIME::QuotedPrint but doesn't always install it. You need 3.03 of
both of these.
