PDF Problems

Please can you try MailScanner 4.34.4, MIME::Base64 3.03 and MIME-tools 5.413.
This combination should have fixed all the PDF attachment problems, which
are caused by incorrect quoted-printable MIME encoding of PDF files by Outlook.
