Problem with IPBlock

I guess it's to do with the db format. Have you tried updating DBI and
AnyDBM_File? you might want to check the exact names of them in CPAN, I may
have got the names wrong.
Your sendmail certainly isn't too old, I have used this on 8.9.1.
