OT: Separate Mailwatch dbserver and access to quarantene

Steve Freeguard (MW author) has some updates on this due for the 0.6
release.

I'm offsite in LA (as opposed to UK normally) and hope to try and pull
together some todo's etc for the 0.6 release soon). Steve's also getting
married soon (if not this weekend) and so his time for MW is limited at
the moment. Keep an eye on the MW users email list and hopefully in the
next few weeks.

But I think there are issues with NFS for this, can't remember what, but
i's to do with where you run the interface vs what machine actually hold
s the file.
