SA 3 release and MailScanner

Thank you for the rebuid tip. My servers are up-to-date running latest SA and MS
and happy now ;) I used Julian's package and it did create
/usr/etc/mail/spamassassin
I am not sure if it is Julian's script or SA 3 package that creates things under
/usr. I remved the above folder (after copying its content onto
/etc/mail/spamassassin) and the SA lint is happy now.
