Blocking a sender with different text

Hi there,

i have a Problem with some user over the net.

He is annoying people with mail they do not want to get.

I could blacklist him, but i would like to send this person an reply with
some text like:

Your Mails are no longer wanted on this maschine.
Please stop sending them.

Is there a way to do so?
Or do i have to change the text on the blacklist.spam.txt version?

In fact he is not really spamming..he is just annoying..
