Don't want to scan local person for unwanted spam

Hi All,

I have a local user that dosen't want his email scanned for spam.

Do I just add something like this to
/usr/local/etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.whitelist.rules

To: user at someplace.com yes

The someplace is our local domain.
