Error - MIME::Decoder::QuotedPrint

In order to MailScanner to work upgrading or installing all pre-requisites
through CPAN is the best option. We are running MS on Mandrake 10.1 and once
we installed all the packages through CPAN the install went perfect.

Use Webmin to install the packages if command line looks intermediating.

We upgraded via cpan but it didn't make any difference.
Rolling back the version of MIME::Tools made the problem go away, but I am
not a happy bunny
I'm trying to find a quiet mail server on our network to run some tests on
:(

I really don't want any more mail going missing..
