Add a rule like this:
From:
/sentto-\d+-\d+-\d+-name\.lastname=nrm\.se\@returns\.groups\.yahoo\.com/ yes
(That should all be on 1 line of course)

You can use arbitrary regular expressions in rules, just surround them in
"/" characters so MailScanner can tell what it's looking at.
