I have a "inline.sig.html.rules" file which decides who has what type of
sinature...

Does the line in bold stop a signature being used? If not what is the
best / correct way to setup a domain not to have a signature added to
e-mails FromOrTo them.

# This will sign incoming and outgoing messages to xyz.com
# with the contents of the file xyz.com.sig.html

# This will sign only outgoing messages to abc.com
# with the contents of the file abc.com.sig.html

# FromOrTo: domain.co.uk no

# This will sign everything else incoming or outgoing with the standard
signature

many thanks
