Disabling virus scanning but not spam checking?

Wouldn't have worked.  I needed per-domain settings, and Virus
Scanners doesn't accept rulesets.

Virus Scanning = path/to/ruleset is working as expected, it was just
the .conf documentation that was leading to confusion - Julian
mentions in his reply that it's fixed now.
