Whitelist or change the score for a specific subject

Put the following in spam.assassin.prefs.conf:
describe QXZI_01 Don't whitelist monster.com
header   QXZI_01 Subject =~ /Resume Submit from Monster\.com/i
score    QXZI_01 -100

Then reload MS.

PS: the message still could be tagged as spam if some RBL kicks in 
inside MS (see Spam List =) in MailScanner.conf.
