I'd put in a bit of debug into the perl so make sure it;s calling the
correct MailWatch.pm. It sounds like it's getting confused and not
calling the correct one.
have you tried putting in the full path to the MailWatch.pm in the
CustomConfig.pm in /opt/MailScanner2/lib/MailScanner??
