SV: Filename checking by From and To address

Yes, you can and it is documented in the wiki i believe, anyhow here is how i do it:
 
in /etc/MailScanner/rules dir
create filename.rules and filetype.rules
 
example:
 
post:/etc/MailScanner/rules # cat filename.rules
FromOrTo:       john at doe.com <mailto:john at doe.com>       %etc-dir%/filename.doe.rules.conf
FromOrTo:       *@test.com                %etc-dir%/filename.test.rules.conf
FromOrTo:       default                 %etc-dir%/filename.rules.conf

post:/etc/MailScanner/rules # cat filetype.rules
FromOrTo:       john at doe.com <mailto:john at doe.com>       %etc-dir%/filetype.doe.rules.conf
FromOrTo:       *@test.com                %etc-dir%/filetype.test.rules.conf
FromOrTo:       default                 %etc-dir%/filetype.rules.conf

Then in your /etc/MailScanner directory
copy filetype.rules.conf to filetype.doe.rules.conf and filetype.test.rules.conf
and adjust to taste, do the same for filename.rules.conf.
 
Then in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
edit these lines, the original has been commented out.
 
#Filename Rules = %etc-dir%/filename.rules.conf
Filename Rules = %rules-dir%/filename.rules
#Filetype Rules = %etc-dir%/filetype.rules.conf
Filetype Rules = %rules-dir%/filetype.rules

This example can also be applied to which domains etc. you want to scan viruses for etc.

I have to accept *.exe attachment files only from some mail addresses or
domains and I don't find anything about this feature, is it possible to
that ?
