SURBL not working properly in MailScanner 4.35.9

You may be on to something with Net::DNS, although it *seems* to work.
The output of spamassassin -D < testmessage (with a SURBL URL in it) is
correct with a standard setup.

My Net::DNS is 0.48, but when I try to force install (with cpan), I get a
few errors when I enable the Internet tests:

I'd love to go back to using SURBL the "normal" way, so any advice is
appreciated.

fix this problem.
