4.35.10: more $id syslog tweaks

Julian,

Upgraded to 4.35.10.  I hate to be a PITA, but how about the
email message ID in some of the attachment size checks?
Looking at CheckAttachmentSizes(), isn't $id the email message ID?
Could the syslogging be changed to:

    MailScanner::Log::InfoLog("Attachment size check: %s < %s (%s) in %s",
                              $attachsize, $minsize, $unsafename,$id);

and likewise for the > check?  Please, please, anytime you syslog
info have the email msg id there if you can (or appropriate).  This is
something I grep for a lot when chasing problems.  Thanks.
