NO_DNS_FOR_FROM

Ah, in which case I misunderstood one of the previous postings on this.
I thought that as long as the header name was "reasonable", SA would
find it if it was at the top of the headers. I didn't realise it had to
have exactly the right name as well.

Can someone else confirm that I now have this right please?
If so, I will change the default in the supplied conf file, and add a
comment about this requirement.
