You need to read up about rulesets. You can do all sorts of setups like
this with a simple ruleset. They have been discussed to death here, in
the documentation (look at the MAQ referred to in the sig at the bottom
of the posting) and in files in /etc/MailScanner/rules.

You should find all you need there.
