Higher CPU usage on new version?

Hi all,

I upgraded one of my test servers on Sunday evening from version 4.28.6
to 4.30.3 . Since then I've noticed a fair increase in CPU usage.

Server processes approx 3000 messages per week day and 2000 per day over
the weekend. Redhat 9, XP2100 1gig ram, Spamassassin 2.6. Nothing else
has been changed or implemented.

Is this increase in CPU usage to be expected? Just want to make sure
this is normal before putting the latest version into production.
