ANNOUNCE: Easy non-RPM installer

I recently installed MailScanner on a Ultrasparc box running Gentoo Linux.
 I noticed in this new install.sh script in the section that installs the
various Perl modules that three of them are coded as i386.  My question
is, will this script work on a Sparc box?
