Problem with MS blocking legit attachments

Hi Jason...
Just had one of these this morning myself. It's the two dots (periods) in
the filename. There is a rule for it somewhere but I just had the person
re-request the file renamed with one dot (period). Easier than trying to
find the rule for me. Plus I like the idea that these are getting caught.
Keeps users from double clicking on a hi_there.txt.pif file thinking it's
just a safe text file...
