Problem with MS blocking legit attachments

Check you filename.rules.conf.
You may want to add something near the top allowing .doc files or disabling
the double extension rule or something else.
Here's how to allow .doc files specifically:
allow \.doc$ - -
You MUST use tabs to seperate entries.
