spamassassin config questions

No, deliver is ok if you just want to tag and deliver.  The log is, by
default in the maillog.  There are options in the MailScanner.conf file
that allows you to control how it is logged, but I think the defaults
are OK.

Spam will always get through to some extent, you can probably improve
MailScanner's spam filtering, but you'll never catch 100% of the spam.

I suggest you read the MAQ page if you're beginning with MailScanner
(see the footer of this message).  It will help you understand many
things, including how to catch more spam.
