The presence of an X-Spam-Status header and a
"X-EfastServers-MailScanner-SpamScore" suggests the message was run through
SpamAssassin twice. Once inside of mailscanner, and the other
directly. MailScanner adds "X-<domain>-MailScanner-SpamCheck" headers by
default and does not add X-Spam-Status headers.
Thus the question means: are you running mail through SpamAssassin outside
of MailScanner (i.e.: by calling it in procmail or with a milter), as well
as within MailScanner.
