Virus scanning of spam messages

look at the faq for adding in virus scanners.

Basically, install install the scanner (in the case of Sophos you need a
specific install script not the vendor supplied) and edit the
MailScanner.conf in the "Virus Scanning and Vulnerability Testing"
section as required for your scanner.

I use Sophos (via the savi interface) and ClamAV (which is free). There
aer lots of other commercial varients that are supported as well..
