Virus scanning of spam messages

Hi there!

How to configure Mailscanner to do virus scan on spam messages?

I have recently noticed, that cca 10-15% of messages tagged as spam (either by
RBL or SpamAssassin rules) are in fact only viruses. But it looks like mailscanner
did not scan them for viruses.

Spam messages are (fortunately) stored in quarantine, where I can delete them.
(And when accidentally released, viruses are caught by amavis sitting on local
delivery as "last hope")

But what if spam actions would be "deliver"? Will be then spam messages scanned
for viruses?

And finally these messages are screwing up statistics, because viruses are not
counted correctly (because not all are detected).
