Our whitelist has 461 lines; our blacklist has 150.  No problems here!

It won't work!  This is not a spam so whitelisting it won't do it.

You have to either disable blocking bad TNEF (I don't recommend this):
Deliver Unparsable TNEF = yes

or change the TNEF decoder you use:
TNEF Expander    = internal

I used to use the external decoder and had many errors like yours.  Now 
I use the internal one (not even the brand new one Julian posted a 
couple of days ago) and my error messages have gone away!
