web front end for users to edit rules.

Hi I have seen mailwatch, but it does not have any functionality to edit
the custom rules that MailScanner is capable of performing. Has someone
got a web front end solution for allowing users to control their own
parameters. Also It would be nice to be able to have these parameters in a
database so multiple servers could read the same info, and maybe have a
set of defaults if the backend sql server is unreachable.

Let me know if this is being worked on by anyone.
