Hmm,  I would first make a ruleset to prevent spam/virus scan from
127.0.0.1 and to release the file, you go into the quarantine, find the
message, then issue the command

postdrop < messagefile

I can't test since I don't have a postfix machine around, so I can't
tell what are the settings needed in MailScanner.conf to achieve this.
