Yes, the message in "Sent Items" opens fine.

Yes, every time.  Send an Acrobat 6 encoded PDF using Outlaw 2003.

I'm certainly not arguing with you on that :)

We have about 3 customers who seem to have this combination of software, all
of them have the same issue, I've only just managed to find a copy of
Acrobat 6 to replicate it with.
