Clarification on stopping outbound spam scanning

Don't worry about that. It is very hard to work out whether spam checks
have been disabled for every message in a batch without doing some
time-consuming calculations. So you will always get the log message, even
if it happens that every message in the batch has the spam checks disabled.

Check the headers of the outgoing messages, and you should find no
spam-check headers.
