Mailscanner + Exim question

well u could just state that only emails TO a particular domain shall not be
scanned but if u set the from domain then a spammer could spoof that.
u could also set ip-addresses/networks but this only works if your clients
have static ips which i am not sure is the case with dsl/cable.
