OT: Auth with Sendmail and Redhat 3.0

If anyone is able to assist me with getting "Auth" to work with Sendmail on
Redhat 3.0 can you please email me off list to denis at croombs.org I have set
it up as per Redhat 7.3, 8.0 and 9.0 but the same method just does not work
on 3.0 !
