releasing wrongly filtered spams

Hi all,

How do i release a wrongly filtered spams correctly?

I have this email that have .exe but it was from a valid source. It is
sometimes detected as spam but sometimes not. When it is detected as spam,
how do I manually send this message?

When i tried using pine to send, it will be send at text and my attachment
will still be in base64 format. How do I make it that the message is send
as it is?

I have tried various ways but none is successful.

Tried mimencode and pine without success.

Please help!!
