mailscanner problems

Just little more info...
Mailscanner starts with ie: 2 child ps email comes in, it's beeing
scanned, delivered to outgoing dir and then weird happens child process
is dettaching itself and stay in memory. Killing main ms with it's pid
leaves dettached processes in memory...
Any ideas?
