Corrupted, delivered anyway

I had a few messages yesterday that sophos reported as corrupted, but mailscanner
delivered anyway.  In "mailscanner.conf" I have
Allowed Sophos Error Messages =
which I thought would not allow unscanned files to be delivered.  I'm using sophos in
the SAVI fashion.

MS version is 4.28.6.  Nothing was quarantined.
Here is a sample log:
